Villager Food Services Building is a dining hall for residents and a full-service commercial-grade food
preparation facility.

•		7,880 SF Stick-built with architectural roof, stacked stone and cement board exterior
•		Facility equipped with back-up generator and pad mounted transformer

Dining Hall features include:

•		Ceramic and quarry tile including mosaic inlays
•		Exposed hardwood roof decking, exposed timber trusses
•		Fully-functional stacked stone fireplace and the Jim Moran Social Center for residents to meet visitors

Fully-equipped commercial-grade kitchen includes:

•		Ceramic tile floors, FRP (Fire Retardant Panel) wall covering and vinyl-faced suspended ceilings
•		Stainless steel equipment with walk-in refrigerator/freezer
•		Commercial kitchen fire suppression system
•		Elevated loading dock
